In order to complete the acoustic range of the Opera Sonora, that, like in the violin, can not have a good response in the low frequencies band, we tried to imitate the lower part of the acoustic body of a classic harp.
So we have created a cone-section cavity equipped with a very thin soundboard made of Abete Fiemme tonewood, able to obtain a very good acoustic power starting from 25 Hz. The accurate finishing of the case and the choice of precious woods, add value to the Arpa Bass that can be supplied with every Opera Sonora.
It represents the evolution of the first bass module. It expresses a very efficient full range sound, even if the soundboard has very small dimensions.
Its design is essential and elegant and the combination of a nice figured wood with a very original stainless-steel stand that “suspends” the cube, creates a very graceful balance of figures. With this solution the volume is much reduced and can find a perfect location also in top levels, hanging on the wall or ceiling, without any loss in the function.
