Uto Ughi meets Fabio Ognibeni and his Opere Sonore

Tesero, 1st August 2009: the meeting with the violin Maestro Uto Ughi has been exciting and very much appeciated.

Friend of the Fiemme Valley, he wanted to go along the tone-wood path, from the forest to the soundboards.

At the Ciresa firm he “discovered” a world of uniqueness that he didn’t expect; his heart moved in front of about 10.000 pieces of selected Fiemme Spruce for violins and violas.

The Artist has immediately recognized the value of the “know-how” that characterizes the little craft factory worldwide known for the excellence of its wood.
He had the opportunity to state this quality, listening to Opere Sonore, in the show room dedicated to those creations.

Thanks Maestro for your words of appreciation and for your attentive listening to the magic sound rising from the wood. We are honoured and we feel gratified of your statement concerning our work and the brilliant intuition of Opere Sonore.

The music of your violin, highest expression of your artistry, moved us deeply thanks to the warmth and purity of Opere Sonore.
